COURSES of Italian for Foreigners

Course for beginners

At the end of the course you will be able to speak about everyday topics: introducing yourself, your job, your family, ordering a meal at a restaurant, your habits, bookings, giving directions... You will be able to use the basic structures of the language which will be learnt in the context of a highly functional range of vocabulary of about 2,000 words.

Intermediate course

At the end of the course you will be able to comfortably discuss a wide variety of everyday topics: your habits, important past and present events of your life, your plans for the future, the features and advantages of a product or a service… and much more. You will be able to use the basic structures of the language which will be learnt in the context of a highly functional range of vocabulary of about 3,000 words.



It is difficult to describe the variety of different activities which are typical of a suggestopedic session. They obviously include games, music, movement, drama, exactly in the same way as children learn their mother tongue in a safe, friendly, encouraging and interactive social environment. Your communicative competence in Italian will be available for further activation in the future for months and even for years, thanks to the fact that the suggestopedic method allows to store information in your long-term memory.

Each course includes 40 hours tuition divided into 12 sessions and each session lasts for three hours, with a 30 minute break.
Class size ranges from 4 to 10 students. A suggestopedic class requires a group of sufficient size to allow spontaneous interaction among group members, but groups must be sufficiently small to give each student plenty of oppurtunity to speak the new language.
